About

Chris Rogers | Adventures and life on snow in ColoRADo

I’m a PSIA-AASI Snowboard National Team Member and Examiner in the Rocky Mountain and Alaska Divisions, and the Manager of Training at Vail Ski & Snowboard School.

I currently work with Burton Snowboards, Anon Optics, Hestra Gloves, Big Agnes, Patagonia, GoPro, LEKI Poles, and Biolite in ambassador roles.

Over the last 15 years I’ve traveled all over the country skiing and snowboarding and have worked in many different areas of the snowsports industry. I began instructing in Steamboat in 2004, and then started coaching, got involved with the American Association of Snowboard Instructors, and became an examiner in the Rocky Mountain division. I spent two years working at their national office as a marketing specialist, primarily managing digital member and sponsor communication. I’m now managing the training program for the ski and snowboard school in Vail, one of the largest ski and snowboard schools in the world. This spring I was selected for the 2016-2020 Snowboard National Team, and am one of 6 snowboarders that represent snowboard instruction internationally for the US.
